Saranda – the pearl of the Ionian Sea
Located in the south of Albania, just a few kilometers from the Greek island of Corfu, Saranda is considered one of the most beautiful locations on the Albanian coast. The city boasts a turquoise blue sea, picturesque bays and a long coastal promenade.
In the vicinity there is the important archaeological site of Butrint, listed on the UNESCO list, as well as the famous beaches in the Ksamil area, which are among the most photographed in Albania. The hilly landscape in the vicinity offers breathtaking views of the sea and ideal conditions for trips and active recreation.
Saranda is particularly popular with people who desire a quieter life by the Ionian Sea, but at the same time want to have restaurants, cafes and basic urban infrastructure within reach.
